I don’t know about you guys, but I sometimes find web design to be a very stressful occupation, I mean sure we might be more relaxed in terms of our clothing, but when shit hits the fan in our industry, then whole websites can blow up. In this article we look at some of the best ways to deal with stress, and some perhaps a little more dubious methods. 

Meditation
