Step 1:

Let’s start out by creating a new file. I used a 500×400 pixels canvas set at 72dpi, and I filled my background with #20282B color shade. Now make a new layer set and name it ‘Fragile Box’. In a new layer draw a small light brown rectangle with #B7813B color shade and 71 x 16 px dimensions.

Step 2:

Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add a Drop Shadow,, Inner Shadow, Inner Glow and Gradient Overlay blending options to your small rectangle layer.

Step 3:

Create a new layer, using the Polygonal Lasso Tool make the slanted rectangle with #B7813B color shade and 71 × 16 px dimensions on top of the light brown rectangle design.

Step 4:

Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add a Drop Shadow, Inner Shadow, Inner Glow and Gradient Overlay blending options to the slanted brown rectangle layer.

Result:

Step 5:

In a new layer make another slanted rectangle with #B7813B color shade and 66×56 px dimensions.

Step 6:

Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Shadow, Inner Glow and Satin blending options to the larger slanted rectangle layer.

Step 7:

In a new layer draw a 2px black line on the bottom side of the box design. Then make a new layer and draw a small black rectangle with 15 x 8 px dimensions between the slanted and long rectangles.

Step 8:

Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add a Gradient Overlay blending option to the small black rectangle layer. Then set the layer’s blending mode to Lighten.

Step 9:

Create a new layer and draw a black rounded rectangle with 54 x 21 px dimensions on the larger slanted rectangle. Then rotate the black rounded rectangle through Edit > Transform.

Step 10:

Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add a Stroke blending option to the black rounded rectangle layer. Then set the layer’s blending mode to Lighten.

Result:

Step 11:

Select the Horizontal Type Tool then set the font family to Arial, regular, 10.20 pt, smooth and black color shade. Then in a new text layer type your ‘FRAGILE’ inside the black rounded rectangle border.
