    What kind of color scheming? If you mean by choosing the best combination of colors for website, i guess the best one you can get is from colourlovers. They present lots of color combination that makes you amazed. Just my thought..

    Here is another simple tool: RGB tool

    I develop my websites with Netbeans and have my web browser open with this site for picking colors when I need them.

    One can also pick his color combinations from a real photo, say a nature photo where colors are already vibrant and more alive. It’s one unusual technique but it worked for me. http://tinyurl.com/337sqqd
