Are there any free webhosting options out there where I can host "testing" (un-altered) HTML/CSS/JS files? E.g. I'd like to be able to host some simple bug/demo pages that I can point others to. (likely very low traffic if that matters)

Absolutely!! Bravenet (though, I hate it personally!) has some (with ads). You can also do a free 25MB from Netfirms (small banner at top of all pages).

If you use Comcast, AT&T or COX Cable, you already have some free space, without ads!!

You can also try Geocities by Yahoo if it's still around. I'm sure I'm missing one or two, but those should get you started.

The only thing I can think of is NearlyFreeSpeech. ( www.nearlyfreespeech.net ) The hosting is free, and you only pay for the bandwith that you use, so as long as you're the only one viewing the page, you pay some really tiny amount.... Hope this helps!
