These are crop marks, Depending on your version of Illustrator they may be found under Object/Crop Area you should have two options Make or Release.
Or..Check the Filter menu, with the Full page selected you will see 'Apply Crop Marks'/Crop Marks - if you select the crop marks you can press the Delete key

Hi Andrew, there is another problem came after doing what you have told, after i "release" the crop area, it has also disappeared the workspace boundary.
Workspace boundary disappeararing sounds like you might have had boundary AND crop marks selected. Start over, make sure that you select crop marks only, delete them, if you are happy then go to Window/Workspace and save your new workpsace - there is another way where you delete the cropmark filter from your system but I don't know the file location on a Mac :(
Hi Andrew, Thanks again for your answer, with your direction on "Object/Crop Area" i googled and got the solution which i was looking for. I think the following 2 documents are what i am looking for.
1. jacorre.com
2. graphicssoft.about.com

I have attached the image to show the problem.
Another important thing which i have noticed is that it appear only when i make WEB document. Is there any way i can make them disappear?
Sorry i am total beginner, so forgive me if i am asking stupid questions.
Thanks.
