I recently finished my certification in web design at techskills. I was wondering if there where any good job sites to look at for web design. If someone can shed some light on that, i would appreciate it. I need to get some experience under my belt?

If you don't have a lot of work under your belt you might find that you won't have much luck with some of the job boards listed above, you're competing with some really good talent on those boards.
Go out into your community, find non-profit organizations you support an volunteer your new design skills to them. It's a great way to network, you'll get real world experience and you'll have some nice work to show in your portfolio.

My advice is to stay away from crowdsourcing sites.
