How much to charge for package design? If they already have a design, but they are going to make a new bottle (it's for juice) and they need redesigning?

That all depends on the complexity of the design and the elements they want to include within the package design. If they already have a previous design and your job is to create a newer/updated version then it wouldn't cost the client as much as if you were designing it from scratch. However, there are times that the client wants you to revamp the entire design and create something totally different.
This crosses the line between a brand new design and the redesign of a previous one. The cost of course in this situation would be higher.
I would charge anywhere between $1000-$2000 with the right to display the work of art within my portfolio. But please keep in mind that I'm not 100% familiarized with your situation and I would take this information with a grain of salt ;)
