Do you mean if you think it's a good idea to let the client know that you're utilizing an array of reasearch tools for a project? Please elaborate a bit more :)

If so, then I wouldn't recommend it for obvious reasons such as the client using these tools themeselves and feeling like they can accomplish the job they hired you to do from the beginning. If this didn't help, please let us know what it is you mean exactly. Thanks!
