Probably something like Times or Garamond will do the best for print stylesheets. Classic serif fonts such as these are not only the standard for print material but are easy to read and don't distract from the text. I'd go with Times, because everybody has it on their machine.

It really just depends on the length, location of the text, and purpose. If you use a Serif font it'll be much easier to read then other families, but that's more for headlines then anything.
