Government Releases 20-page guide to using Twitter
Can you believe the UK Governement has released a 20 page guide on how to use Twitter? The 5,382-word official “template” translates into 36,215 characters and spaces and would need roughly 259 separate tweets to put the word around Whitehall using Twitter. I am sure I could I could explain Twitter to my Gran in under 100 words!
