My website has been up for months, I changed out the navigation bar buttons this evening and now when the home page loads it automatically jumps to the middle of the page. What could be the cause of that? The site is www.pricepunch.com

Website design. Familiar w/ HTML, CSS, & Dreamweaver. Suggested to learn Joomla. Is that the best opensource to learn? What about Wordpress? If you were starting out , but had the knowledge you have now, what software would you choose to learn?
